Laura Soardi coordinates external relations with companies and coaching for students. She’s a very important link between the world of work and the students attending our courses of Postgraduate Professional Training.
She contacts companies throughout Italy to inform them about Symposium Academy and to know the need they have for staff and the possibility of employing trainees and graduate workers. She is always in contact with our students and she tries to understand their dreams and their goalsduring personalized interviews and training sessions for the development of soft skills.

I provide guidance and advice in the preparation of their curriculum. I show the companies the curricula of the students, trying to underline their strengths so that they can find a good internship. I accompany them to speak with the company to get to know each other well.I handle the internship paperwork. I take note of the feedback of the student and the company". “Before working in Symposium Academy, I had 20 years experience in a company of Research and Personnel Selection for middle and top management. To be aCoordinator for external relations and tutor means making available to students my experience in Human Resources and enhancing it both professionally and personally".
